Charity brunch for Mother’s Day coming to Georgetown church

St. George’s Anglican Church and the Lions Club of Georgetown are teaming up to host a Mother’s Day brunch for a good cause.

The event – set for Saturday, May 10 – will benefit Halton Women’s Place, which provides emergency safe shelter and community outreach services to women and children experiencing domestic violence and abuse.
